Shipping

To determine the best shipping option, send us a message and we will evaluate the best solution according to your location and preference. If you are located around Barcelona or Girona, we can offer same day hand delivery!

Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. Ensure all address details are accurate and include any apartment, suite, building numbers, or company names if applicable. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

If an order cannot be delivered for any reason, it can either be re-shipped at the customer's expense or canceled. In such cases, we will reach out to you.

PALAZIO is not responsible for any delays or losses after the shipment has left our facility. Delays in delivery will not result in penalties, compensation, or the cancellation of an order.

In-Store Pickup: All items listed online reflect our in-store inventory and can be made available for hand pickup within one day.

Condition of item

All relevant information about the condition of each item is included in its description, and we recommend reviewing this information carefully before making a purchase. Our catalog includes both new pieces and others in excellent condition but with slight signs of use.

To ensure authenticity, quality and condition, each item is classified into one of the following categories upon inspection:

Like New: No use, retains original tags.

Excellent: No obvious signs of use, although it may have minor imperfections, tags may or may not be present.

Very Good: Shows slight signs of use or minor imperfections, such as some lint, light stains or loose threads.

Good: More visible signs of use, including moderate stains, lint or slight discoloration.
